Additional Shipping and Handling Information
Our shipping method is the United States Postal Service USPS, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-3
business days after receipt of your order.
Product Availability
Due to our recent major instore event, MunchkinLand Market Days, the avaiability status for items may be out of date. Every effort is being made to update the site as quickly as possible. However, we will be reordering and expect new shipments to arrive within three weeks from the time we place our order. Filling your online orders is our priority and this task will be completed as soon as possible!
The customer will be contacted on items that are out of stock. We will let you know the status of your order and you can decide to ship the balance of your order that is in stock or hold your order until it is complete. Standard wait times are two to three weeks on back ordered items. If the back ordered items will take longer than usual, we will contact you for instructions.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return the item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase. The item will be replaced or you will receive a full refund, less the shipping charges.
