This figurine depicts Karl Slover in his key role of a trumpeter in the movie "The Wizard of Oz." Karl can be seen as the 1st trumpeter leading the other trumpeters out during the Welcome ceremony Munchkin Land residents gave Dorothy once they learned it was safe to come out.
